Sitaram Panchal was suffering from lung and kidney cancer from 2014 and after the initial screening, he was undergoing treatment in Ayurvedic manner at home.
Due to the illness he was unable to work properly in movies for which the small amount of income that he would have had also stopped, Due to its discomfort Sitaram Panchal had recently assisted with his treatment through a Facebook post, also Sitaram Panchal had reached out to several industry members requesting them to help him financially.
