In the film, Siddharth is playing the character of Vikram, who is accused of 2 murders, one of his wife and second lawyer Shekhar Sinha. Sonakshi is playing the character of Maya, the wife of Lawyer Shekhar Sinha. 1969 'Ittefaq' in which Rajesh Khanna was in the lead role and was directed by Yash Chopra.
